Attitude of Gratitude - Day 28

I am flexible, fit and fabulous.
(This is another one of mine. Affirmations are great for keeping your mind - and perhaps your schedule - on your goals. Today I am re-starting my morning exercise routine, so this seems to be the appropriate time for sharing this affirmation. Flexible and fit - here I come. Fabulous-well gosh, I'm already there ;) )
